I’m Divya Gaur, the creator behind this platform. Beyond academics, my true calling has always been mental health awareness. Being a witness of internal storms — moments of anxiety, pressure, overthinking, and emotional overwhelm. Dtangled Soul was born from a journey of understanding, healing, and learning how to embrace all parts of myself.

Why Dtangled Soul Exists
Most of us grow up learning about academics, ambition, and success, but very little about the mind, emotions, and healing. We’re taught how to meet expectations, but not how to understand the patterns that shape our thoughts or the wounds that hold us back. I started Dtangled Soul because I wanted to create a space where we finally talk about the things we suppress — the burnout behind achievements, the quiet anxiety behind smiles, the heavy days no one sees, and the strength we forget we carry.
My goal is to make mental health conversations relatable, simple, and stigma-free. Whether you’re dealing with stress, low self-worth, relationship challenges, overthinking, or just looking for clarity — this space is designed to help you reconnect with yourself.
